SHIPPING TO THE USA & CANADA

We use Australia Post for all our shipping to USA and Canada.
We have now reduced our flat rate to $29.95.

Tariffs: 
We will quote you for the tariff costs and you will be able to pay this up front. 
As these are based on your total purchase, we can’t build this into our flat rate shipping.

Follow these steps:

1.     Select International Flat Rate at checkout.

2.     Once your order comes through, we will email you with the tariff costs.

3.     If you are happy to proceed, we will issue you a PayPal invoice for the tariff cost & once paid, we will post your order and update tracking details.  

4.     If you are not happy with the quote, we will process the order refund for you immediately! No stress!

The tariff cost is approximately 12% of the purchase price of your item/s, tariff costs on top of the flat rate shipping. We pay the tariff cost through ZONOS so you have nothing at your end when you collect your goods.
