SHIPPING & RETURNS

Free express shipping on purchases $250 and over and a flat rate of $10 Australia wide for purchases under $250. All international deliveries we use Australia post and is a flat rate of $35. The Little Boutique uses Toll Express to offer you the fastest and most reliable delivery possible which is usually next day delivery with all orders placed before 1pm ACST. PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERIES DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE, TO ENSURE SAFE DELIVERY, PLEASE PROVIDE A BUSINESS ADDRESS. All deliveries to street addresses are delivered by Toll Express and all PO Boxes are delivered by Australia Post and could take up to 8 business days - *Please note Australia Post is not express shipping*. For express shipping please use residential or street addresses only. Items will only be dispatched and delivered Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. All shoes will be posted without the box as the box exceeds the size of our standard shipping bags. If the box is required there is an extra $10 shipping charge, please notify us by email or phone to pay the extra cost.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

RETURNS 

We offer an exchange in size and color and are also happy to exchange the item for a credit voucher if the item is considered inappropriate. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and the item is recognized as faulty. Please notify us of your intention to return any item within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone. Once your item is received back we will process the exchange/credit note and forward it via toll or post and the customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning and re sending of their items.

EXCHANGES

We will happily exchange your item if it has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway and has all the original swing tags intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and also need confirmation from our dispatch department. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS

Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition on arrival please notify our team immediately via email or phone. Please note that each item is photographed before dispatch to ensure that it is not faulty on our end.

CREDIT NOTES 

We are happy to offer a credit note if you change your mind once you have received your purchase. Credit Notes will only be issued within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please adhere to the exchange option policies. Credit notes are valid for three months from the date of purchase.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that all items on sale are not eligible for an exchange or a refund for change of mind and all sale shoes will not be posted with the box. The box exceeds the size of our standard shipping bags. If the box is required there is an extra $10 shipping charge, please noity us by email or phone to pay the extra cost.
