Express Shipping within Australia: $10 Flat Rate or Orders over $200 FREE
International Orders: TBA at Checkout / Orders over $250 International FREE
These shipping costs excludes heavy items, including Wandering Folk Rugs and Salty Shadows Umbrellas. All international deliveries we use DHL Express, 2-4 business day delivery. The customer is liable for any duties and taxes that may be charged on international shipments.
The Little Boutique uses Toll Express within Australia to offer you the fast and reliable delivery possible which is usually next day delivery with all orders placed before 1pm ACST. PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERIES DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE, TO ENSURE SAFE DELIVERY, PLEASE PROVIDE A BUSINESS ADDRESS.
Items will be dispatched and delivered Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. All shoes will be posted without the box as the box exceeds the size of our standard shipping bags. If the box is required there is an extra $10 shipping charge, please notify us by email or phone to pay the extra cost.

Not happy with your online purchase? We offer a full refund for ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY. This EXCLUDES intimates, swimwear, sale items, flash sale items, and jewellery due to hygienic reasons.
YOU MUST notify us of your intention to return any item within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with swing tags in place. If the above requirements are not met, a refund will not be issued.
Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense and its recommend returning items in an express package. This form of shipping can be tracked and will guarantee that it arrives back to us within the allocated time frame. The Little Boutique will not be responsible for lost packages. All items must be received back within 14 days from the purchase date to the address on our home page. Once your item is received back and inspected, we will process the refund via the original payment method.
We will happily exchange your item if it has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway and has all the original swing tags intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and also need confirmation from our dispatch department. All items must be recieved back within 14 days from the purchase date. DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition on arrival please notify our team immediately via email or phone. Please note that each item is photographed before dispatch to ensure that it is not faulty on our end. Items that are deemed faulty will be refunded in accordance with the Fair Trade Act.
Not happy with your item but are a regular shopper with us? We are happy to offer a credit note if you change your mind once you have received your purchase. Please adhere to the exchange option policies. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with swing tags in place.

Please note that there is strictly no refund, exchange or credit note for change of mind on SALE or TLB Sale Outlet items. This includes items purchased on sale with a code or flash sale, excluding first order 10% off offer. TLB now offers customers 1 point for every $50 spent instore. Customers can create a profile instore; online customers automatically have a store profile created for them. The loyalty points can be redeemed on full priced purchases over $50. Points must be spent when a maximum of $20 has accumulated. If customers are purchasing online and wish to redeem their points, they are welcome to call or email the store to place their order. If you return an item, the amount of loyalty that item accrued is automatically deduced from your customer profile. TLB reserve the rights to modify or cancel points at any time.
