By choosing to shop with TLB, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES 

ALL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE. 

FULL PRICE IN STORE purchases are eligible for exchange or credit note ONLY. 

FULL PRICE ONLINE purchases are eligible for refund or exchange or credit note.

*If original purchase was paid by Paypal or Afterpay, you will receive your refund less the fees charged by these providers to us as a merchant.  This is approximately 6%.

SALE ITEMS are strictly valid for exchange only, unless purchased via FLASHCODE or are reduced by 50% or more. These are deemed FINAL SALE.

No refund, credit note or exchange on lay-bys, jewellery, intimates, underwear or swimwear in accordance with the Fair Trade Act. 

Items purchased with an ONLINE GIFT VOUCHER are eligible for a credit or exchange, under the same T&C's stated above. 


ONLINE RETURNS 

Newsletter 10% or first order discount subscribers are still eligible for a full refund unless its a sale item. Please read the above returns/exchange eligibility.

You MUST notify TLB by email to authorise your return  - info@thelittleboutique.com.au 

Items must be returned unworn, with swing tags in place. If the above requirements are not met, a refund will not be issued. 

Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense and we ask that when returning items you use an EXPRESS tracked package. We require the tracking number to be emailed to us. 
This ensures the package is back to us before the 14 days from purchase date.  *International returns will be treated differently due to shipping times being longer. 

The Little Boutique will not be responsible for lost packages.

All items must be received back within 14 days from the purchase date.

Once your item is received back and inspected, we will process the refund via the original payment method.

No refunds on Ship Aid protection.

SHIPPING

Choose the following;

$10.95 flat rate standard shipping (2-8 days)

$13.95 express shipping within Australia (1-4 days)

Orders over $200 are free flat rate standard shipping (2-8 days), otherwise express can be selected at $13.95

$39.95 AUD international flat rate standard shipping (under 2kg)

These shipping costs excludes heavy or bulky items, Wandering Folk and Salty Shadows Umbrellas. The customer is liable for any duties and taxes that may be charged on international shipments. 

The Little Boutique uses Australia Post to offer safe and reliable delivery. Express is usually next day but can have delays which are out of TLB'S control. 1-4 days to avoid disappointment. PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERIES DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. TO ENSURE SAFE DELIVERY, PLEASE TRY TO PROVIDE A BUSINESS ADDRESS IF YOU WON'T BE HOME TO RECEIVE .

Items will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. All shoes will be posted without the box as the box exceeds the size of our standard shipping bags. If the box is required there is an extra $10 shipping charge, please notify us by email or phone to pay the extra cost.

SHIP AID PROTECTION

Protect your package with Ship Aid insurance at checkout. Pay 2.5% of your items value and rest easy knowing if your item becomes misplaced, you can make a claim via info@thelittleboutique.com. An investigation with the shipping company will be launched. If this item is deemed lost or stolen we will refund or replace the item.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS 

Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition on arrival please notify our team immediately via email or phone. Items that are deemed faulty will be refunded in accordance with the Fair Trade Act.

CREDIT NOTES, ONLINE GIFT CARDS AND IN-STORE GIFT CARDS

These are all valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
